Together.The AF SF Customer Implementation Project Manager manages assigned customer implementations for new or existing business.
This includes ensuring the customer's requirements and expectation are met.
A detailed knowledge of common supply chain processes and solutions is required to fully understand the scope of work and ensure that the proposed setup can be accommodated within the Hellmann organizationEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSupport Product and Sales in the customer acquisition / retention process, if needed (e.G., design of customer solutions, system demonstration for customers)Support customer business process re-engineering initiativesEnsure adherence to and continuously improve standard customer implementation processOversee CI projects and support CI activities, including the following:Lead Customer Implementation projects in co- operation with the other regional Customer Implementation teams and/or branch managersFacilitate communication between Customer, Commercial, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal stakeholders involved in the customer implementationAnalyze and document operational process requirements, IT requirements, reporting requirements, staffing requirements, etcDesign Customer-specific reports and system integrations for IT developmentDevelop KPIs and the respective monitoring tools to ensure a successful implementationPrepare and maintain Customer standard operating procedures.
