quality, and environmental standardsWhat We're Looking For:Experience with design software (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or similar)Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in automation, manufacturing, or industrial processesKnowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, plastic injection, or weldingFamiliarity with ERP systems (Oracle) and/or MES platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBonus Points If You Have:Experience with automation integration (sensors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics)Experience with Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing technologiesExperience developing dashboards, reports, or data-driven toolsKnowledge of industrial safety, quality systems, and compliance standardsCome join our global, inclusive & diverse teamOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
