In this role, you will lead a team of validation and verification professionals, overseeing the execution of comprehensive testing protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
You will be responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives, managing team performance, and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and product reliability.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of validation and verification specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementOversee the planning, execution, and documentation of validation and verification activities across multiple projectsAnalyze test results and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimizationEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout all validation activitiesManage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget for validation and verification initiativesPrepare and present comprehensive reports on validation status, findings, and recommendations to senior managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality,



and regulatory affairs to align validation strategiesEstablish and maintain standard operating procedures for validation and verification processesConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential quality issuesProvide technical guidance and training to team members on validation methodologies and toolsMonitor team performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews to drive accountability and professional growthDevelop new business opportunities and strengthen existing ones.QualificationsMinimum 8years of experience with proven expertise in validation and verification roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacityMandatoryexperience in Brake System productsStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (ISO, ASPICE, etc)Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insightsExcellent project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiativesProficiency with validation software tools and quality management systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teamsDetail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management abilitiesExperience in process improvement and continuous quality enhancement initiativesAbility to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate across departmentsPreferred: Certification in quality assurance, validation, or related field (e.G., ISTQB)Preferred: Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologiesAdditional Information "Applicable vacancy for referral program "Job Location#J-*****-Ljbffr
