We are looking for a Regional Jr.
Controller to join our team and contribute to the financial performance and strategic decision-making of our regional operations.The Junior Controller analyzes plant financial deviations and promotes accurate financial recording to improve performance indicators.
The role works closely with middle and senior management to provide complete and reliable financial information to the Plant Controller, supporting effective decision-making.
Additionally, the position provides support in activities related to the Controlling department.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar positionAdvanced English – essential for the positionStrong MS Office skills, especially ExcelExperience with SAP modules: CO, MM, and FICost analysis and variance analysisProfit & Loss (P&L;)



analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with cross-functional and international teamsConsolidate monthly financial results from regional plants/business unitsPerform variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and Previous YearPrepare regional financial reports for management and corporate teamsDevelop and update executive presentations on regional financial performanceMonitor regional financial and operational KPIsCoordinate with Plant Controllers to collect and validate financial informationPrepare financial bridges and performance analysis covering Sales, Gross Profit, EBITDA, Cost Performance, FX, Volume, and MixParticipate in regional Budget and Forecast processesMonitor financial trends, risks, and improvement opportunities within the regionSupport cost optimization initiatives and profitability improvement projectsProvide support to the Controlling department in additional financial activitiesInterested in joining us?
