This role coordinates documentation, assists with scheduling, maintains communication with drivers and customers, and helps ensure the smooth day to day functioning of transportation services.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with dispatching, routing, and scheduling of transportation activities.Maintain communication with drivers, vendors, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.Monitor transportation systems and tools to track delivery status, vehicle performance, and route efficiency.Prepare and manage transportation documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and compliance records.Input and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems (TMS).
Support the Operations Manager with special projects, audits, and reporting.Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.Respond to service disruptions and provide real time solutions to minimize impact.Maintain organized files and records related to shipments, equipment, and maintenance logs.Collaborate with internal teams,



including customer service and billing, to facilitate operations.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.Knowledge and experience with DOT and transportation compliance regulations is a plus.SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management systems (TMS).
