You will leverage your specialty in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to achieve client expected business results.Your Primary Responsibilities Will IncludeImplement SAP HR Modules: Support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment.Conduct Fit Analysis: Perform fit analysis to identify client requirements and configure the SAP HR system to meet their needs.Resolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional issues specializing in the compensation management module of SAP HR.Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to ensure the client achieves expected business results from the SAP HR system.Test and Rollout Solutions:
