This environment offers professionals the opportunity to contribute to a growing, globally integrated automotive supplier.Role DescriptionThe Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tetla, Tlaxcala.
The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end project execution for automotive interior components, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional project teams, coordinating with logistics, production, and quality departments, and liaising with suppliers and customers to align requirements and timelines.
The Project Manager will monitor project risks,
implement corrective actions, and support expediting activities and inspections as needed to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
This role also involves preparing project documentation and reports, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsProject Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional teamsExperience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesKnowledge of Inspection processes and quality standards in a manufacturing or automotive environmentLogistics Management skills for coordinating material flow, transport, and inventory related to project executionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Professional experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial projects, preferably in an international contextStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-throughEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teamsProficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an assetFluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
