About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and help build a new centralized recruiting operation.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can successfully balance full-cycle recruiting responsibilities with team and process management.
The person in this role will initially be directly involved in recruiting while helping establish the structure, processes, and team needed to support the operation as it grows.The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, learn existing processes and systems, coordinate recruiting resources, and gradually build and manage a team that may include Recruiters, Sourcers, and Onboarding Specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through candidate selection and offer coordinationActively recruit for open positions while also overseeing the broader recruiting operationHelp build and structure a new centralized recruiting modelLearn and manage existing recruiting and onboarding processes and systemsBuild, develop, and supervise a growing recruiting and onboarding teamPotentially manage Recruiters, Sourcers, Onboarding Specialists, and other recruiting resourcesCoordinate resources located in Mexico and potentially the PhilippinesPartner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role-specific requirementsQuickly learn the differences and specific hiring needs across the locations being supportedSupport the incorporation of additional locations into the centralized recruiting operationHelp create consistent recruiting processes,



workflows, and best practicesMonitor recruiting activity and priorities to help ensure positions are filled effectively and efficientlySupport the continued development and scalability of the recruiting operationRequirementsStrong experience in full-cycle recruitingPrevious experience leading recruiting teams, programs, or processesDemonstrated ability to build or improve recruiting operations and workflowsComfortable working as a hands-on recruiter while also managing people and processesStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to quickly learn different hiring needs, processes, and operational requirementsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in an evolving environment where processes and team structures may still be developingExperience working with distributed or international teams is highly desirableAdvanced English proficiency is requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with WorkdayExperience supporting recruiting operations across multiple locationsExperience coordinating teams or resources across different countriesTravelOccasional travel to the United States may be valuable for meeting the team, participating in strategic planning meetings,
