This role supports the integrity of financial reporting by maintaining accounting records, preparing reconciliations, and assisting with audits and project activities.
You will play an important role in ensuring smooth day‐to‐day accounting operations and adherence to established standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming accounting activities in accordance with established accounting principles and standards, including general accounting, general ledger, project, and/or government accountingCompiling and maintaining accounting statements, reports, general ledger accounts, cost revenue reports, balance sheets,



and bank reconciliationsMonitoring account entries and control activities to ensure accuracy and compliancePreparing journal entries and account reconciliations based on financial dataSupporting internal and external audits, as well as project activities, ensuring timely and quality executionComparing budget versus actual costs and providing insights to support financial disciplinePreparing basic financial analysis to support accurate financial reportingFollowing accounting policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure compliance with standardsManaging fixed asset administration, including tracking investment projects, CAPEX, and capitalizationsRequirementsWe are looking for people who are detail‐oriented, analytical, and committed to accuracy and continuous improvement.
