Key Responsibilities:1.Logistics booking & pickup arrangement: submit trucking requests, confirm pickup dates, track factory vehicle access and carrier transit info, and complete urgent system submissions on the same day.2.
Export documentation: prepare and review invoices, packing lists, BOMs, Spanish CCP, BOL, and railway documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.3.
Customs clearance & compliance: send documents to Mexico/US customs brokers, review customs declarations, track DODA transit docs, prepare USMCA Certificate of Origin, and assist with import clearance.4.
Logistics coordination & communication: coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues, support sales teams in monitoring logistics milestones, and communicate daily with foreign forwarders and clients.Qualifications:
