**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Leads multiple project teams of other designers responsible for all stages of user experience design and development for a portfolio of complex products and platforms, including experience/information architecture, validation, and specifications.
- Collaborates with management, internal, and outsourced design and development partners to coordinate design activities, evaluate concepts and offerings, and recommend changes to products or services to improve user experience.
- Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with user experience design and development guidelines and standards.
- Works closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design integrity and usability requirements are met.
- Provides domain-specific expertise and overall user experience design leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and design language into projects and activities in the user experience design organization.
- Provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and user experience.
- Improves on user experience methods, tools, intellectual capital and reusable assets that improve methodology and sustain competitive advantage.
- Works with stakeholders to determine content development needs and solutions.
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.




**Education & Experience** Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Experience in value stream management, Scale Agile methodologies to create multi-disciplinary teams align in a value delivery organization- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in design principles, human factors engineering, social sciences research, or a related field.
