**Purpose of Position**: To improve and sustain maintenance reliability and low maintenance costs.
**Responsibilities**- Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented- Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques- Key roll designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.
- Improving health and safety policies and procedures- Monitoring and controlling maintenance cost- Innovate maintenance**Knowledge and Skill Requirements.
