We are an automotive electronics company located in Technology Park, and we are currently seeking a **New Product Engineer (NPE)** to join our **New Product Introduction (NPI)** team.
**Requirements**:- Fluent English (spoken and written)- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Minimum 2 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)- Proficiency in Power BI- Experience with programming tools and software**Responsibilities**:- Participate in design reviews for new products to ensure compliance with Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
- Plan processes for new products and review tooling fixture designs to support labor cost reduction.
- Coordinate with R&D; and Manufacturing teams during trial runs to meet testing and shipping goals at each stage.
- Conduct follow-up testing and manage error tracking and resolution.
- Continuously optimize process parameters and tooling fixtures during trial execution.
- Prepare, collect, and review documentation for PVT Gate / PPAP.
