Selected candidates will participate in a6-week onsite training programfocused on Ab Initio.
Those who score70% or higheron the final assessment will go through aclient interview , and successful candidates will be hired full-time with a competitive salary and benefits package, including anadditional 9,452 MXN joining bonus.
Client Interview:Required post-training
Full-Time Salary:MXN 20,********,000/month (depending on skills and experience)
Joining Bonus:MXN 9,452 upon successful client onboarding
Onsite Requirement:Once in a week at Mexico City (CDMX)




Eligibility Criteria0–5 years of experience in software development or related IT roles
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL, etc.)
Experience with ETL tools such asInformatica , Talend, or similar
Interest in learningAb Initio(prior experience is a plus)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Must be located in or able to commute daily to GDL or CDMX
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Prior hands-on experience withAb Initio
Working knowledge ofdata pipelines ,data integration , ordata warehousing
Basic exposure tocloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity withagile development practices
