In this role, you will act as a strategic liaison between business operations and global IS teams.
You will participate in enterprise-level business improvement initiatives to modernize, consolidate, and continuously optimize ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM, and manufacturing support systems.Position OverviewLocation:Yecapixtla, Morelos, Mexico (100% On-Site)Language Requirement:Fluent / Advanced English (Mandatory for daily collaboration with global functional teams)Job Type:Full-Time / ExemptDepartment:Information Services Shared ServicesSelection Process:Managed by our recruitment agency in direct collaboration with the client.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Systems Analysis:Gather stakeholder requirements, analyze data, and formulate system specifications and technical solutions for ERP, BI, CRM, and collaboration tools.Project Management:Lead and provide project oversight for integral IS continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.Implementation & Optimization:Maintain existing applications, evaluate software options, coordinate new system implementations,



and perform cost-benefit/ROI analyses.User Training & Adoption:Organize and deliver training to end-users to ensure maximum technology adoption and efficiency.Security & Disaster Recovery:Ensure "Security by Design" principles and robust Disaster Recovery planning are embedded in all new software implementations and developments.Candidate QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, BIS, CIS, or equivalent practical experience.
(Master's degree in Business or Computer Science is a plus).
Experience:5+ years of IT experience with broad knowledge across ERP, CRM, Intranet, BI, and IT Infrastructure.Language Skills:Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Required).
Industry Background:Experience as a business analyst within textile or process manufacturing is a strong plus.Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Share Point, Excel, Word, Power Point).
