The idóneo candidate combines deep technical expertise with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills—capable of translating complex ML solutions into clear messages for both technical and executive stakeholders.
Must-Have Requirements:
7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying ML models.
Proficient inPythonfor ML (scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, etc.).
Hands-on experience withGoogle Vertex AI(Auto ML, pipelines, endpoints, etc.).
Practical knowledge ofVector SearchandVector Embeddings(e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus).
Understanding of the full ML lifecycle:



training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
College Degree
Nice to Have:
Experience working withLarge Language Models (LLMs)or generative AI applications.
Highproactivenessin identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
Strongtechnical communicationskills for collaborating with engineers and data teams.
Ability to communicate effectively withexecutive-level stakeholders.
