- flowchart management, assembly route improvements, and detection controls




- volume calculations and ergonomic designs on assembly lines
- quoting and purchasing of assembly structures and fixtures
- analyzing customer requirements and defining test cases using different techniques.

responsibilities:

- review of technical specifications
- review of assembly drawings and their potential dimensional conflicts
- review of assembly lines, focusing on workstations, and analysis of possible improvements
- review of assembly flows and detection of potential assembly failures due to design and assembly issues
- generation of dfm reports for discussion with the client
- review of drawings and tolerance analysis
- support in the development of design experiments
