NewGen Administrative Services is a U.S.-based healthcare organization headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The company supports a network of healthcare operations focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care to patients and their families.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable specialist.

Activities

- Invoice & Payment Processing: Receive, process, code and verify invoices and payments. -Account Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts payable ledgers, and clear outstanding items.

-Vendor Management: Ensure all vendor information is accurate and maintain strong relationships.

-Internal Controls: Ensure all company procedures, approval processes and internal controls are followed.

-Reporting: Prepare reports on payment activities and support data analysis for necessary reports.

-Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, research, and resolve vendor and payment related issues.

-Process Improvement: Support initiatives to review and improve accounting and accounts payable processes.

-Analytical Skills:



Strong research and analytical skills are crucial for resolving complex issues.

-Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and proactive approach to problem solving in a fast paced high volume environment.

Required:
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills -Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Great Plains; Mekorma; NetSuite

-Associates degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

-2 years or more of experience

- Excellent excel skills
