About the team:

Its comprehensive product range is primarily aimed at vehicle manufacturers, mobility providers and start-up companies in the fields of transportation and mobility. ZF electrifies a wide range of vehicle types.

With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate as well as enhancing safe mobility. This position oversees AP management, payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end close while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you can look forward as an Accounts Payable Accountant:

Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies

Interaction with international and domestic suppliers

Enter payments using bank portals.

Analysis and resolution of invoice problems

AP balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions

Provide excellent customer service to third party vendors and our ZF Mexican operating units

Ensure all reporting’s deadlines are achieved and Corporate accounting policies and practices adhered to.

Your Profile as an Accounts Payable Accountant:

Preferred with Accounting or Administration degree

Candidates with enough AP experience,



but unfinished college degree accepted The ideal candidate with 2-4 years Accounts Payable experience.

Have strong computer, analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills. Candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Maintain a focus on continuous process improvement and excellent customer service in a demanding work environment. Very Good computer skills using MS Office and SAP.

MX and US GAAP knowledge. 80-90% Bilingual English/Spanish.

Experience managing process of Mexican e-invoicing procedure (CFDI’s)

The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards and maintain a focus on continuous process improvement and excellent customer service in a demanding work environment.
