About The Role

What if your opinions could directly influence how the world's most advanced AI systems think and respond? As an AI Chatbot Tester with Alignerr, that's exactly what you'll do. We're looking for curious, thoughtful individuals to hold real conversations with AI chatbots, evaluate their responses, and provide the human feedback that makes these systems smarter, safer, and more helpful for everyone.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work when you want, as much as you want.

What You'll Do

- Engage in natural and exploratory conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics
- Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify issues including factual errors, awkward phrasing, unhelpful answers, or potential bias
- Push AI systems with creative, nuanced, or challenging prompts to uncover their limits
- Record structured, detailed feedback to help research teams improve AI performance
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different subjects
- Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate what makes an answer good or bad
- A clear communicator with strong written English skills
- Comfortable navigating simple chat-based web interfaces
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No technical background, AI experience, or coding skills required

Nice to Have

- Experience in writing, editing, journalism, research, or customer service
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
- An eye for logical inconsistencies or subtle errors in text
