What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated content and outputs for potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful material
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe, appropriate, and fair across diverse audiences and contexts
- Identify ethical concerns and document them with clear, structured written feedback
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
- Help AI research teams understand where systems fall short — and why it matters

Who You Are

- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics,



social impact, or responsible technology
- A strong critical thinker who can hold multiple perspectives at once
- Attuned to nuance, cultural context, and the ways language can include or exclude
- A clear and confident written communicator
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required

Nice to Have

- Experience in journalism, policy, education, social work, or advocacy
- Familiarity with discussions around AI safety, algorithmic bias, or responsible tech
- Background in qualitative research, content review, or critical writing
