About The Role

What if your everyday judgment and attention to detail could directly improve the AI tools millions of people rely on? We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation tasks that teach AI systems to think more accurately, respond more helpfully, and behave more reliably.

This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role open to a wide range of backgrounds. No prior AI or technical experience required — just a sharp eye, a methodical mindset, and the ability to follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do

- Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that directly improve AI model performance
- Assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality, accuracy, and appropriateness
- Apply detailed guidelines and rubrics consistently across a variety of task types
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs with clear, structured feedback
- Maintain high accuracy and reliability across all assignments
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured instructions precisely
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload remotely
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Curious, consistent, and committed to quality
- No prior AI, technical, or data labeling experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience in quality assurance, research, editing, or content review
- Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation workflows
- Background in writing, analysis, or any detail-intensive field
