Diamond Equity AI helps mortgage brokers grow by delivering them qualified, ready-to-talk borrowers. We run the ads, generate the leads, and book the appointments so our clients can focus on closing. We're growing fast and building out our outbound team.

The role

You'll be setting appointments for our sales team. These are warm leads who have already shown interest, not cold calling. Your job is to reach out, build quick rapport, and book them onto our closers' calendars.

Everything is provided: full training, scripts, tools, and a steady flow of warm leads. If you're coachable and put in the work, you'll do well here.

What you'll do

- Call and follow up with warm leads
- Book qualified appointments for our sales team
- Keep lead notes updated in our CRM

What we're looking for

- Excellent, clear spoken English
- Hungry, hardworking, and a fast learner
- Reliable computer and strong internet connection
- Available to work full-time
- A positive, professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34,000.00 - $52,000.00 per month
