Flocksy is a creative production platform that connects businesses directly with independent contractors. We don’t use the traditional agency model; our system is built on direct collaboration, where creatives have full autonomy and are the primary owners of their work.

In this model, the Art Director (AD) acts as a strategic resource for creative quality and brand alignment. Your role is not to manage schedules or supervise execution, but to provide actionable guidance that ensures every project is on-brand and worth being proud of.

This role is built for experienced creative professionals who focus on the "big picture”. You provide the creative direction and support needed for high-impact projects, while allowing independent contractors the autonomy to decide how and whether feedback is applied.

What will you do as an Art Director at Flocksy?

- Translate complex client goals into clear direction on layout, color, typography, and brand voice.
- Focus on major creative decisions and brand-critical projects to help ensure they are on-brand and worth being proud of.
- Use your expert knowledge in Adobe Suite, Figma, and AI tools to help creatives solve execution challenges.
- Help maintain brand alignment across different skills (Design, Video, Copy) by documenting key standards in Client Notes.
- Act as a resource and consultant for creatives who need help with style alignment or complex executions.
- Coordinate with Production Coordinators (PCs)



when client context or feedback affects the overall creative direction.

Are you who we’re looking for?

- Proven experience working across multi-disciplinary creative teams (Design, Video, Copy).
- Ability to grasp a brand’s identity instantly and explain it clearly to others.
- Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and modern AI creative tools.
- Near-native English proficiency for professional internal collaboration and client presentations.
- Independent, organized, and comfortable maintaining creative quality across multiple client organizations simultaneously.
- Based in Latin America.

Tools & Requirements

- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma (Required).
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and webcam
- General availability during overlapping business hours to support client collaboration, managed at the contractor's discretion.
