This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a good ear and an eye for detail. No audio engineering background required.

What You'll Do

- Listen to audio recordings and evaluate them for clarity, accuracy, and overall quality
- Identify issues such as background noise, mispronunciations, distortion, or unnatural phrasing
- Verify that transcriptions accurately match their corresponding audio content
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on each recording using evaluation tools
- Work through batches of audio independently and at your own pace
- Work asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





- A sharp listener with the ability to detect subtle differences in audio quality
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you apply the same standard across every recording
- Reliable and self-motivated when working independently
- Comfortable using audio playback tools and digital platforms
- In possession of headphones or earbuds for focused listening
- No prior audio engineering, production, or AI experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience in transcription, audio production, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI audio tools or speech recognition systems
- Background in music, linguistics, or broadcasting
