Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our delivery team and act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. In this role, you will own requirements management end-to-end, support Agile ceremonies and backlog health, and act as the go-to resource for developers and QA when clarifying scope, expected outcomes, and business logic. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management

- Lead requirements elicitation, clarification, and documentation.
- Keep requirements accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform GAP analysis between high-level and low-level requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues behind reported problems.

Roadmap & Backlog Management

- Keep the roadmap up to date and track cross-team dependencies.




- Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with Product and Delivery teams.
- Prepare release scope and additional instructions as part of release management.

Cross-Functional Support

- Support developers by clarifying expected results and issues described in defects.
- Clarify and explain requirements and identify end-user use cases for the development team.
- Support QA by clarifying STRs (Software Trouble Reports), business cases, and complex scenarios.

Organizational Activities & Reporting

- Substitute for Scrum Masters when needed, handling and facilitating meetings.
- Support documentation and process changes, as well as the implementation of new initiatives.
- Prepare start/mid-sprint reports covering release scope and status.

Requirements Must-Have

- 3–5 years of solid experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong experience with Business Analysis techniques and practices.
- Strong skills in identifying and documenting requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Requirements Management tools.
- Ability to perform GAP and root cause analysis.
- Strong facilitation and ownership skills.
- Level B2 - C1 in English (strong written and verbal communication).

Highly Valued

- Experience in the finance software domain.
- Experience supporting the development of AI features.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $34,077.00 per month
