Business Process & Integration Engineer – Workflow Automation

About the Role

We are urgently looking for a Business Process & Integration Engineer to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage delivery from design through production support.

This role focuses on workflow automation, data integration, REST APIs, ETL, and enterprise systems, with an emphasis on Azure, Snowflake, Python, and SAP CPI.

We are prioritizing candidates who are available immediately or within one week. The selection process is expected to move quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Identify workflow and process automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows and system integrations.
- Develop automation solutions with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, ETL, and enterprise tools.
- Develop data processing and automation solutions using Python.
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and related Azure services.
- Develop and support Snowflake data pipelines and integrations.
- Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot defects and production incidents.
- Create technical, operational, and process documentation.
- Own solutions from initial design through production deployment and support.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, system integration,



or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, including Data Factory, Functions, or integration services.
- Strong Snowflake experience involving data pipelines or data warehousing.
- Strong Python skills for automation and data processing.
- Experience with REST APIs, ETL, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with SAP CPI or a strong equivalent enterprise integration platform.
- Full SDLC experience, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions quickly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Recent hands-on technical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Regrello or Blueprint experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power Automate, UiPath, Camunda, or Appian.
- CI/CD and deployment automation experience.
- BPMN or process modeling knowledge.
- Azure Functions or other serverless development experience.
