Rundle Solar is seeking a high-energy Call Center Manager to lead, coach, and scale our outbound sales and appointment-setting team as we help homeowners achieve energy independence and lower utility costs. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day call center operations, optimize predictive dialer strategies, and drive key pipeline metrics. You will be responsible for training and coaching our agents to refine their pitch, handle objections, and boost overall contact and appointment-setting conversion rates.
