About amvi amvi is a B2B carpooling platform helping companies reduce traffic congestion and CO₂ emissions by making employee carpooling easy, trusted, and rewarding. Starting in Monterrey, Mexico, we connect employees within trusted company communities while helping organizations advance their mobility and sustainability goals.

As an early-stage venture, we are looking for a Co-founder & CMO to help shape our brand, product, go-to-market strategy, and growth.

The Role

As Co-founder & CMO, you will lead amvi's marketing, brand, growth, UX/UI, and commercial activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution.

You will:

- Develop amvi's go-to-market, marketing, and growth strategy.
- Build and manage our brand, positioning, messaging, and campaigns.
- Contribute to UX/UI design and user journeys, working closely with the product and tech team.
- Use Figma to create, communicate, and iterate on product and design concepts.
- Generate leads and actively participate in B2B sales conversations with companies and potential customers.




- Identify and build relationships with strategic partners and relevant organizations.
- Conduct market and user research and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
- Develop marketing and sales materials, pitches, and presentations.
- Track KPIs, experiment with new growth channels, and continuously improve our approach.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in marketing, growth, sales, business development, UX/UI, or a combination of these areas.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Experience with B2B marketing and/or sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Figma and an understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience with Adobe
- Analytical and creative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and learn quickly.
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills.
- German is an advantage, but not required.
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, mobility, sustainability, or digital product environment is a plus.
