Diamond Equity AI is an AI-powered growth company for mortgage brokers. We use AI to generate qualified leads, automate outreach, and book appointments so our clients can focus on closing deals. We're scaling fast and building a team that keeps our clients happy and winning.

The role

You'll be the main point of contact for our clients. You'll speak with them daily, keep their campaigns on track, and make sure they're getting results and feeling looked after. A big part of this is handling conversations well, including the hard ones, and turning a frustrated client into a confident one.

What you'll do

- Call and communicate with clients every day
- Run check-in calls and keep clients updated on their campaigns




- Handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally
- Build strong, lasting client relationships
- Manage some light technical setup and updates (full training provided)

What we're looking for

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Outgoing, personable, and genuinely good with people
- Strong on camera with a clean, professional background
- Calm and confident handling tough conversations
- Reliable, professional computer and very fast internet
- Available to work full-time

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34,000.00 - $51,000.00 per month
