Key responsibilities include

Supporting the operation and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems

Performing preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting

Responding to alarms, operational incidents, and emergency situations

Supporting facility upgrades, repairs, and optimization projects

Coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal project teams

Qualifications

Experience in data center facilities, electrical systems, HVAC, building maintenance, low-voltage systems, or another technical environment

Familiarity with UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cooling systems, BMS/EPMS, or related infrastructure is preferred

Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese is required due to regular communication with bilingual project teams

Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
