Position SummarySun Holdings is seeking a Data & Platform Engineer to join our Shared Services & Business Intelligence team. This role will support and maintain the REX platform by managing workflows, validating data, troubleshooting system issues, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

The idóneo candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Support and maintain the REX platform.
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve bugs.
- Execute data validation and correction processes.
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries.
- Prepare and organize data for reporting and analytics.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Develop process guides and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and data quality.




- Support special projects and technical initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with React, Python, and SQL.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar database systems.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data pipelines.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured testing.
