Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced data security professionals who understand how data leaks actually happen — and can translate that expertise into the scenarios that teach AI to reason about sensitive information risk.

What You'll Do

- Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios spanning cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments
- Classify data sensitivity levels, exposure pathways, and policy violations
- Evaluate prevention, detection, and incident response strategies for accuracy and completeness
- Generate, label, and validate realistic data security cases used to train and benchmark AI systems
- Help AI models develop a nuanced, practitioner-level understanding of how sensitive data is exposed and protected

Who You Are





- 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, security operations, or a closely related field
- Familiar with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy or regulatory concepts (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
- You understand how data risk plays out in real-world environments — not just in theory
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS security tooling
- Background in security engineering, incident response, or data governance
- Familiarity with AI or data labeling workflows
