Digital Transformation & MarTech Manager | Americas

We are looking for a Digital Transformation & MarTech Manager to lead digital technology, marketing technology, web development, integrations, and digital operations across the Americas region. This role will work closely with general and regional teams to identify opportunities for technological improvement, define solutions, manage digital platforms, and drive cross-functional initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

- Develop and implement cross-functional processes supporting digital, marketing, and business operations.
- Identify business opportunities that can be addressed through technology solutions and evaluate potential providers.
- Architect and implement appropriate technological infrastructure in collaboration with global and regional teams.
- Lead the current-state and future-state development of websites across the Americas region.
- Develop and maintain data governance and data cleanliness processes.
- Lead and oversee cross-platform integrations.
- Identify opportunities to improve technological and operational excellence.
- Build and manage integrations between websites, Marketing Automation, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Establish technology governance and ensure process consistency across the North American region.
- Build, socialize, and govern regional technology processes.
- Provide first-line support for digital and marketing technologies and processes.
- Own the maintenance, governance, and quality of all Americas marketing databases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business results.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing,



Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B Digital Transformation.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of website development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end/back-end processes.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, preferably SAP Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of API development and integrations.
- Proven experience with B2B digital technologies.
- Experience with enterprise e-commerce, including Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, Transportation Management, and Warehouse Management systems.
- Knowledge of AI applications and technologies.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Background in Agile methodologies and Hoshin Kanri.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally; valid passport and VISA required.
