Document Review Specialist (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your sharp eye for detail and strong reading skills could directly influence how AI systems understand the written world? We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify a wide variety of documents — helping train AI to better interpret structured and unstructured text at scale.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong comprehension skills and a methodical approach to work. No legal, document management, or AI experience required — just a commitment to accuracy and quality.

What You'll Do

- Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, forms, and data-rich files
- Classify document sections, extract key information, and label important data points
- Identify and tag critical entities, dates, relationships, and concepts within text
- Follow structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
- Maintain high accuracy and quality standards across large document sets




- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach
- Comfortable following detailed guidelines and applying them consistently at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, legal, or document management experience required

Nice to Have

- Background in research, writing, editing, or information management
- Experience with data entry, quality assurance, or structured analysis
- Familiarity with annotation tools or content platforms as an end user
