- Own driver acquisition, engagement, and retention strategy.

Ideal background:
- 5 years in Operations, Marketplace, Mobility, Ride-Hailing, Delivery, or Logistics Tech.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English (daily collaboration with general teams).
