Downstream Planning Leader

Drive Master Production Planning in Manufacturing Site in Queretaro

Key Responsibilities

Organize the downstream flows from the Manufacturing Plant and improve Mfg. SC Performance

Anticipate Manufacturing . Supply risks in advance & quickly re-act

Main Activities

Drive Master Production Planning process in collaboration with other functions

Integrate Total demand from IG & OG Flows & anticipate missing demands in MPP

Implement & follow Plant Waiting Queue for all Production Lines in Mfg. Plant

Leverage use of APS (e.g. Kinaxis) to optimize inventory / service level

Participate in Plant Value Stream Mapping and support continuous improvement of Product Lead Time

Monitor and improve downstream SC performance at plant level ( OTD / Customer leadtime / Inventory performance indicators)

Accountable to reach performance on Production Plan Commit & Attainment

Maintain Macro Master Data (Prod Site, Line, Part assignment, Constraints) in APS & Be the Key User for the department for information system

Key Systems

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Kinaxis / One MM / SAP / OPM / Tableau

Experience Level

2-3 years’ experience in SC Planning environment

Strong experience in Inventory & supply planning

Specific Features

Digital acumen

Excellent relationship & collaboration

Structure & process oriented

Strong language & communication

Criteria of performance : OTD / Customer leadtime / Health of Inventory
