Descripción Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer orders.
Maintain accurate customer information and data within CRM platforms.
Support the preparation of contracts, commercial proposals, and sales documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Track sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on pending actions.
Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
Generate sales reports, pipeline analysis, and commercial KPI tracking.
Identify trends, improvement opportunities, and support sales forecasting activities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across commercial systems and databases.
Perfil buscado Required




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar role.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and analytical mindset.
Preferred Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar CRM platforms.
Knowledge of distribution channels and digital marketplaces.
Experience working in multinational or consumer goods organizations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
