Quality Manager to join a general automotive company with strong presence in Mexico. This role will be based in Querétaro and will focus on plastic injection processes .
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Quality Department , managing a multidisciplinary team.
Ensure implementation and maintenance of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System .
Oversee internal and external audits , ensuring compliance with customer and certification requirements.
Manage APQP, PPAP, and new product launches , securing flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
Act as the main customer interface for quality topics, ensuring timely resolution of non-conformities and protecting company performance.
Monitor and improve KPIs related to quality, scrap, and customer complaints.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in automotive plastics quality management .
Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and coach teams.
Solid knowledge of Core Tools, APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 .
Experience managing OEM and Tier 1 customers.
Fluent communication in English for global interaction.
