Position Overview

WaterPallets is looking for a Finance & Operations Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team.

This position will be responsible for reviewing and validating delivery and payment information in our internal software, ensuring that all information is accurate and matches the services completed.

We are looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, detail-oriented, organized, and accountable, with the ability to identify discrepancies and follow up with the appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify delivery and payment information in our internal software.
- Ensure driver, pallet quantity, delivery details, rates, and payment amounts are accurate.
- Compare system information with BOLs, proof of delivery, and supporting documentation.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing information.
- Follow up with Dispatch,



Routing, and Operations to resolve issues.
- Support payment reconciliation and ensure payments are properly documented.
- Maintain accurate and organized records.

Qualifications

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and accountability.
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, or administrative roles.
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Logistics or transportation experience is a plus.
- English proficiency is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
