Position Overview

We are seeking two Senior Health Insurance Transaction Leads (HITLs) with strong experience in health insurance processing. Candidates with a background in Medical Stop Loss (Self‑Insured) claims or processing will be prioritized. This role involves reviewing, validating, and processing insurance‑related transactions with accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Process and review health insurance transactions with high accuracy.

Handle Medical Stop Loss (self‑insured) claim workflows, if applicable.

Validate member information, policy details, and coverage data.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.

Maintain compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly processing targets.

Support team leads with reporting, documentation, and workflow improvements.

Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams when issues arise.





Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in health insurance processing.

Strong understanding of Medical Stop Loss / Self‑Insured claim processes (preferred).

Experience with insurance data entry, validation, or claims review.

Ability to work with high volumes of data accurately.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and internal processing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with U.S. health insurance carriers or TPAs.

Knowledge of claims adjudication or policy administration.

Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18,500.00 - $20,000.00 per month
