We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations by improving production processes, optimizing resources, increasing productivity, and reducing operational costs. The adecuado candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to design, analyze, and optimize production systems.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for data collection, process analysis, root cause identification, and performance measurement.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and support change management.
- Experience in Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma,



Kaizen) to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, ideally within maquiladora or nearshoring operations, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Juárez, CHH, and collaborate with diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering and productivity tools (e.g., CAD software, data analysis tools, MS Excel) and familiarity with standard quality and safety practices.
