The Program Management Intern will support the Procurement, Sales, and Engineering teams by managing commercial and product information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), coordinating manufacturer Deal Registrations, and tracking projects throughout the sales cycle. The primary objective of this role is to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, maximize the commercial benefits offered by manufacturers, and provide operational support that improves process efficiency and supports business decision-making.

Key Tasks

- Monitor the CRM daily to identify new sales opportunities and coordinate the timely registration of all eligible projects with manufacturers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Engineering, and other internal teams to collect the information required for Deal Registration, including end customer details, Bill of Materials (BOM), and quantities.
- Evaluate each sales opportunity to determine the appropriate manufacturers for Deal Registration, prepare and submit registration requests, and follow up through completion while maintaining communication with manufacturers and distributors.
- Obtain and communicate approved pricing and quotations resulting from Deal Registrations to the Sales team,



supporting the preparation of commercial proposals and bids.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of registered opportunities and follow up with Account Managers to maintain accurate and up-to-date project information.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the database of registered opportunities, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of information.
- Ensure Deal Registrations remain active by monitoring expiration dates and coordinating renewals to maintain price protection throughout the sales cycle.
- Drive continuous improvement of Deal Registration processes, D365 data management, and reporting activities, ensuring organized documentation, reliable information, and compliance with internal audits and performance metrics.
- Manage the creation of new product items in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring product information is complete, accurate, and complies with internal standards.
- Update and maintain product costs and pricing in D365 based on the latest manufacturer and distributor price lists, ensuring data integrity.
