Job Title: Legal Appointment Setting Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and professional Legal Appointment Setting Specialist to join our outreach team. In this role, you will contact warm leads who have already scheduled with a law firm and expressed interest in receiving legal services.

Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with these leads, conduct a basic intake and qualification, determine whether they are a good fit for the law firm, and either live transfer qualified prospects directly to the attorney or schedule an appointment for a consultation.

This role is idóneo for someone with prior appointment-setting, sales, or call center experience who is confident on the phone, communicates professionally, and is comfortable having conversations with prospective clients. No prior legal experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact warm leads who have already scheduled or expressed interest in speaking with the law firm
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to confirm the prospect's interest and availability
- Conduct a basic intake to understand the prospect's situation and determine initial qualification
- Ask appropriate questions to identify the prospect's needs and eligibility
- Live transfer qualified prospects directly to the attorney when appropriate
- Schedule appointments with the attorney when a live transfer is not available or appropriate
- Accurately document call activity, intake information, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets




- Follow established call scripts, processes, and qualification guidelines
- Maintain a professional and helpful experience throughout every interaction
- Collaborate with the law firm and internal team to improve lead quality, qualification, and conversion rates

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is required
- Strong English communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence
- Perfect English (C2 required)
- Ability to ask effective questions, actively listen, and gather information accurately
- Comfortable discussing a prospect's situation at a basic level and following a structured intake process
- Ability to quickly learn and follow basic legal intake and qualification guidelines (training provided)
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated in a remote work environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and dialer platforms or willing to learn
- Comfortable working toward daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets
