WaterPallets is looking for a Logistics Dispatcher to join our Operations team.

This position will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing deliveries, assigning drivers, creating efficient routes, negotiating transportation rates, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, with the ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Route and coordinate new delivery orders.
- Review order details, pallet quantities, delivery locations, and delivery requirements.
- Verify pallet availability and pickup locations.
- Find and coordinate drivers for deliveries.
- Negotiate driver rates while maintaining company profitability.
- Send drivers all necessary pickup and delivery information.
- Follow up on driver status, ETAs, BOLs, and delivery completion.
- Monitor deliveries and resolve issues or delays.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Suppliers,



Finance, and other Operations teams.
- Update and maintain accurate information in our internal systems.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time and according to customer requirements.
- Optimize routes and transportation costs.

Qualifications
- Experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, or Operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Conversational English is required.
- Experience with transportation or logistics software is a plus.
- Must be responsible, reliable, proactive, and accountable.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15,500.00 - $16,500.00 per month
