Maintenance Head

Objective The Maintenance Head is responsible for leading maintenance operations to maximize equipment availability, reliability, and maintainability while ensuring compliance with HSE standards, cost objectives, and operational performance goals.

Main Responsibilities

- Lead maintenance operations to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.
- Drive compliance with HSE standards, LOTO procedures, audits, and zero-incident objectives.
- Ensure execution and compliance of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis activities using methodologies such as FRACAS, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.
- Manage maintenance backlog, resource allocation, and prioritization of critical equipment issues.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement actions to improve performance.
- Control maintenance budget and promote cost reduction initiatives.
- Support ISO 14001, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement programs.




- Develop and coach maintenance technicians and leaders to build a high-performance team.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to drive operational excellence.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, industrial robots, leak testers, and automated manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies (FRACAS, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
- Knowledge of CMMS systems; SAP PM experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- English proficiency preferred.
