About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Market & Product Management Professional to support our U.S. Air & Ocean Business Development organization. This role plays a critical part in identifying, researching, qualifying, and delivering high-value sales opportunities aligned with strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding, logistics, market intelligence, commercial research, lead generation, or business development support, combined with strong analytical capabilities, expertise in prospecting tools, and advanced English communication skills.

This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys transforming market data, customer intelligence, and industry insights into actionable business opportunities.





Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Intelligence

- Build and maintain target account lists aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Identify and qualify high-potential prospects.
- Prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic fit.
- Deliver sales-ready leads to Business Development Managers.
- Support pipeline development through proactive market research and prospecting activities.

Market & Customer Research

- Conduct industry, commodity, and supply chain analysis.
- Research customer operations, product lifecycles, and global footprints.
- Analyse trade lanes, import/export activities, and logistics requirements.
- Evaluate company size, revenue, financial health, growth trajectory, and market positioning.
- Identify customer business priorities and expansion strategies.

Competitive & Market Intelligence

- Identify current logistics providers and competitive positioning.
- Analyse competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market strategies.
- Detect service gaps and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, trade developments, and customer growth activities.
- Track manufacturing expansions, investments, acquisitions, and new market developments.

Social Media & Business Intelligence Research

- Conduct advanced research using LinkedIn, social media platforms, company websites, and market intelligence tools.
- Analyse customer activity, strategic initiatives, and organizational changes.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance research capabilities, data analysis, and prospect identification.

Required Qualifications
