About the Team
The Sea Integral Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry.
The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses: (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee.

- What Are the Possible Rotations?
You'll tackle high-impact projects and immerse yourself in functions crucial to our business. These exposures are designed to deepen your business acumen and groom you for future leadership. Your rotations and eventual landing roles will be carefully matched to business needs in harmony with your personal aspirations. Some of the core functions you might experience include:
- Game Design: Define the rules that our virtual worlds operate by
- Product Management: Drive the development or improvement of game features that matter to our players
- Artificial Intelligence: Redefine how games are made and played through technology
- Operations: Take a product and run it as a living, breathing service
- Marketing: Share our story with those who already know us, and those who soon will
- Esports: Engage our communities through grassroots and large-scale esports tournaments

- What Is The Selection Process?
Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.
- Application: August – October
- Online Assessment: August – November
- Behavioral Interview: August – November
- Interviews with Senior Leaders: September – November
- Interview with Executives: November – December
Requirements Who Are We Looking For?
- Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with:
- At least a recognised Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution with strong academic credentials in any discipline; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required.
- 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience, excluding internships and part-time working experience (as of 31st October 2026)
- Familiar with games and player behaviour through personal gameplay or other relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and turning ideas into practical, usable solutions is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Note: You should have completed or be on track to complete your degree no later than June 2027, and are able to join us full-time by July 2027.
