The NetSuite Developer – FSM is responsible for the configuration, development, and support of NetSuite solutions with a strong focus on the Field Service Management module. The idóneo candidate will build, test, and maintain FSM workflows and integrations while partnering with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement customized NetSuite solutions including scripts, workflows, and FSM configurations
- Configure and optimize FSM functionality — dispatch, scheduling, work orders, resource management
- Create custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0/2.1
- Communicate efficiently with functional consultants, project managers, and end-users
- Develop integrations with 3rd party systems via their APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing NetSuite/FSM implementations
- Perform release preview testing to ensure compatibility ahead of NetSuite upgrades

Basic Qualifications




- Previous experience working with NetSuite ERP is mandatory
- 3+ years of experience creating custom scripts with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1
- Direct hands-on experience with Field Service Management (FSM) required
- Experience using a GIT repository
- NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification is a plus
- Checklist forms, FSM mobile app, expense report customization
- iPaaS exposure (Celigo/Boomi/NSIP)
- Execution-focused, least ownership of the three

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Data management experience (SQL, XML, JSON)
- Web services experience (REST, SOAP)
- Active familiarity with utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) on a day-to-day basis to enhance development workflows
- College or University degree in Computer Science
