We are looking for a Sr.

Business Systems

Analyst to join our growing and transforming team. This is a challenging position that requires a strong background in ERP systems and supporting business processes. The adecuado candidate is a strong hands-on subject matter expert that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The job requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail so that requests are handled in a structured manner, issues are properly documented, escalated, and resolved, and projects are delivered on time. The successful candidate is a highly motivated self-starter and willing to take on challenges, able to multi-task and can work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, and Engineering, to gather requirements that enable our financial systems can scale to meet growing business needs. The systems analyst will troubleshoot issues, analyze operational procedures, develop business process solutions, prepare process flowcharts, and manage ERP configurations.

Key Duties Include

- Help define the technology roadmap for our financial systems.
- Lead product/project discovery, solution definition, requirement elicitation sessions, and walkthroughs.
- Analyze business challenges and design scalable, high-performance solutions by leveraging new technologies or alternative uses of existing technology to address both process inefficiencies and technological gaps.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud (Fusion) modules including Accounts Receivable,



Channel Revenue Management (ChRM), Cash Management, Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) providing guidance and support to business stakeholders. Oracle Supply Chain and Human Capital Management experience is a plus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, create functional specifications, design solutions, and drive results that meet business needs.
- Perform gap analysis, identify process improvements, and provide recommendations to address discrepancies between business requirements and system capabilities.
- Produce timely and high-quality work product requirements including specifications, process flows, mock-ups, and wireframes.
- Proven ability to design and configure Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules to generate accurate accounting entries aligned with business requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct system testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
- Provide expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, leveraging a deep understanding of cross-module dependencies to drive effective and lasting solutions
- Provide root cause analysis to resolve system issues.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures,



ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes, and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support of test and production environments of all financial systems.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion in your area of responsibility.
- Support quarterly patch testing, regression testing, and validation of system changes.
- Assist in system updates and routine maintenance activities.
- Support financial period-end close activities and ensure financial system readiness
- Ensure compliance of SOX and ITGC with proper documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or information technology or relevant experience.
- 5+ years as a Business or Systems Analyst, gathering requirements and supporting finance or technology teams.
- 5+ years Oracle Financial Applications (Cloud or EBS) is required. Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred.
- Deep ERP module experience
- Experience working with agile delivery frameworks, especially creating user stories for non-technical end users.
- Ability to perform basic to moderate queries in SQL.
- Experience with BI Publisher, OBIEE, FAIDP, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Snowflake, Sigma, is a plus.
- Experience with AI enabling tooling (Claude, Copilot, Glean) is a plus.
- Experience with ERP integrations with third-party systems is a plus.
- Public company experience is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Agentic AI is a plus.
